Relaxing on the veranda
El Aribabi Conservation Ranch not only provides a sanctuary for thousands of species, the endangered, the threatened, and the not endangered, but also a center for those who would study. Sometimes it is lone scientist who hikes in solitude through the cienega or up a rocky canyon; sometimes an interest group gathered to learn from each other or an expert in their field. Other times it is a work project that restores or protects the land. Here are some examples.
